Welcome to koji4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and koji4d ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the koji4d online gaming platform, including our website located at https://koji4d.cam and any related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wagers or bets through koji4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.

koji4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure awareness of any modifications.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the koji4d platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a game, sporting event, or other betting opportunity offered through the Service.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by koji4d to Users.
• "Game" means any slot machine, live dealer table, lottery draw (togel), sports betting market, or other gaming product available on the Service.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age, and address.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who registers an Account and uses the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. koji4d reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.2 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

koji4d is required by law to verify the identity of all Users. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear photograph of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. koji4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify koji4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. koji4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to ensure that you log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Service from a shared or public computer.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your Account using the payment methods available on the Service, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically processed instantly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. koji4d reserves the right to investigate any deposit that appears suspicious or unusual and may freeze the Account pending completion of the investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by koji4d. Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00-21:00 WIB), but processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high volume.

koji4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide such documents within 30 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to your Account Balance.

4.3 Fees and Charges

koji4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

koji4d may offer various Bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits, which will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer.

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the Bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the Bonus.

koji4d reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel promotions, or reclaim Bonus funds if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of the specific Bonus terms. Each User is entitled to one Bonus per promotion unless otherwise stated. Multiple Accounts created to claim multiple Bonuses will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all Bonuses and associated winnings.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All Bets placed through the Service are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your Bet are correct before placing it. koji4d will not be held liable for any Bets placed in error due to User mistake, technical malfunction, or network issues.

koji4d reserves the right to void any Bet if there is evidence of a technical error, obvious pricing mistake, or suspicious betting patterns that suggest manipulation, collusion, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your Account Balance.

Specific rules apply to different game categories including slots, live casino games, sports betting, and togel draws. Game-specific rules are available within each game or on the koji4d website. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing a Bet. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the official result as determined by the game provider or governing sports authority will be considered final.

For sports betting, if an event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned before completion, Bets may be voided or settled according to the official rules of the sport and the specific market. For togel draws, results are determined by the official draw outcome from the relevant lottery authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). koji4d does not control or influence draw results and acts solely as an intermediary platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

koji4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. You can access these tools through your Account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic or negatively affecting your life, relationships, or finances, we encourage you to seek help immediately. You can activate a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, place Bets, or receive promotional communications.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Creating multiple Accounts to abuse Bonuses or promotions.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation.
• Using bots, automated software, hacking tools, or any third-party applications to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes after receiving gaming services.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or koji4d staff.
• Sharing your Account with any other person or allowing minors to access your Account.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any Account Balance, and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of koji4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent from koji4d. Unauthorized use of koji4d's intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your Account.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. koji4d does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, koji4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if koji4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

koji4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account Balance at the time of the claim or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower.

koji4d is not responsible for any losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, third-party payment processor errors, unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect your credentials, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. koji4d reserves the right to withhold any suspected fraudulent or Bonus-abusing balances pending investigation.

koji4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Service. In such cases, koji4d may forfeit your Account Balance and any pending winnings.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service and destroy any materials obtained from the Service. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue in effect after termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koji4d is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority.

Before initiating arbitration or legal proceedings, you agree to first contact koji4d customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against koji4d. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a representative or member of any class or collective action.
